Returns

The following policy refers to all orders submitted to AB Salon Equipment, whether online at www.absalonequipment.com, over the phone, or via email.

Cancellation Policy
Full or partial cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This policy applies ONLY to orders which have NOT shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.

Return Policy
All merchandise returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Items must be returned in original packaging within five (5) days from receipt of delivery. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required when returning merchandise. This number may be obtained by contacting AB Salon Equipment at 800-393-2679, ext. 124. The RAN number must be noted on the delivery ticket, otherwise, the merchandise delivery will be refused. NO RETURNS ON LAMINATED CABINETS OR CUSTOM MADE EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE. Custom made items include but are not limited to equipment or furniture where color selection is required to place an order.

Product Warranty
AB Salon Equipment provides a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Within the first 90 days from your purchase date, AB Salon Equipment, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased. After 90 days, defective equipment will need to be returned to AB Salon Equipment for repair. Damage due to customer error may be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. Please contact us at 800-393-2679, ext. 124 for repair/replacement information

BELVEDERE ONLY POLICY - ORDER INFORMATION, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Changes and cancellations will be subject to fees based upon the degree of completion of the manufactured product. All changes require cancellation of the line item on the original order and re-entry as a new order. The following charges apply to all cancellations/changes.

For standard product with standard lead time:

  • A minimum administrative fee will apply after 72 hours from order placement. 5% of product selling price or 5% of entire order if entire order is cancelled.
  • Between 72 hours after order placement and 5 weeks from required ship date, a 10% charge per product (or order if entire order in cancelled) will be assessed.
  • Between 5 weeks and 4 weeks from the required ship date…20% of product selling price - Between 4 weeks and 3 weeks from the required ship date…40% of product selling price - Between 3 weeks and 2 weeks from the required ship date…60% of product selling price
  • Between 2 weeks and 1 week from the required ship date...80% of product selling price
  • Between 1 week and the required ship date...100% of product selling price

Cancellations of “Specials” carry heavier penalties due to resource investment:

  • A minimum administrative fee will apply after 72 hours from order placement. 15% of product selling price or 15% of entire order if entire order is cancelled.
  • Between 72 hours from order placement and 8 weeks from required ship date, a 25% charge will apply (if timeframe is applicable)
  • Between 8 weeks and 6 weeks from the required ship date…50% of product selling price - Between 6 weeks and 3 weeks from the required ship date…75% of product selling price
  • Between 3 weeks and the required ship date...100% of product selling price
