• 1 Year - All other catalog items are guaranteed for one full year. Please contact your sales associate for details about restocking fees (applicable on stock items only), warranties and return policies.
• 2 Years - All faucets are guaranteed for two years.
• Veeco Salon Furniture + Design guarantees all shipments to be carefully packed. However, we cannot guarantee safe delivery. All damage claims must be made to the carrier. All shipments should be checked immediately upon delivery and note any damage and or shortage on the Bill of Lading/Delivery receipt. All such claims are waived unless made by the buyer in writing within five business days of receipt of merchandise seven days for concealed damage. Also, please be aware that you will need an inspection report to support any such claim. If you are filing a claim, please keep any packaging materials. Please instruct your warehouse and your clients to inspect all boxes for any signs of damage before signing and accepting the delivery. Once they have signed the Bill of Lading, they agree that they are accepting the order as is. If there are signs of damage, please be sure to have them note it on the Ball of Lading and sign it.
• Client is responsible for warranty return shipping to manufacturer for warranty repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Core charge may apply.
