• Upholstery, frames, self-skinned parts, casters, pneumatic cyliders and any other part not otherwise referred to: Global warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original user owns the product. This warranty is made by Global only to original users acquiring the product directly from Global’s authorized dealers. The original user’s sole remedy pursuant to this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Global’s option. This warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence,abuse or “accident” shipping damage or product use other than in accordance with written instructions or warnings, or which have been modified or altered by someone other than Global or because of natural variations over which Global has no control. Slight variations in colour may occur between dye lots. Although Global attempts to minimize these variances, they do occur and must be accepted as normal. Global can not be responsible for damage or discoloration that
• may occur to covering due to chemicals, shampoo, spillage or sun exposure. Plastic coverings are recommended. Fabrics are not warranted against fading, staining, soiling, normal wear and tear, negligence or abuse. This warranty applies only to the shop or salon originally purchasing from an authorized Global Salon distributor. Claims under this warranty must be made within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods in respect of upholstery, frames, self-skinned
• parts, casters, pneumatic cylinders and any other part not otherwise referred to.
• Warranty is based on an eight hour, single shift work day only, for users weighing up to 250 pounds. In no event shall Global be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. This warranty does not cover the cost of transportation of any replacement products or parts. Global can make no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and can make no other warranty expressed or implied, other than those set forth in this Price list.
• Client is responsible for warranty return shipping to manufacturer for warranty repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Core charge may apply.
