Shipping Information

Delivery:
 All items on www.absalonequipment.com that are not “Call to Order” items, will be shipped via UPS. Tracking will be provided to the customer as soon as it is available.
“Call to Order” items are larger items that require a truck shipment. You will need to place orders for these items over the phone with a sales representative at AB Salon Equipment.
Please keep in mind that with truck shipments, there will be extra charges for lift gate, call ahead, residential delivery, and other shipment add ons. Please call AB Salon Equipment for more information.
Most items will require a signature of acceptance; please ensure someone will be available to accept the shipment. 

Free Shipping  Items:
Free Shipping Items are only available in the continental United States.  
All items are "no frills" delivery and must be unloaded of off the truck by customer.

Local Delivery in FL:
If you are located in Florida, please call AB Salon Equipment to see if you are eligible for a delivery and installation from AB Salon Equipment.
If AB Salon Equipment delivers, rather than a trucking company delivery, you may be subject to a delivery charge as well as an installation charge. AB Salon Equipment will not perform any plumbing or electrical tasks during delivery and installation; please contact a licensed plumber or electrician as needed. Delivery will take place at the address specified by you during the order process, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages:
During delivery, the customer is responsible for reviewing the items received to ensure they are in good condition. If you have received a damaged shipment, please take photos of the damages as well as sign the freight paperwork as “subject to inspection” or “damaged”. AB Salon Equipment must be notified of damages within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If damages are not reported within 48 hours, the customer may be subject to additional charges for resolution. Once the shipment has been signed for in good condition, any damages past this point are the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN SIGNING FOR FREIGHT - BY YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE FREIGHT DELIVERY FORM YOU STATE AND ARE AGREEING THAT ITEMS ARE BEING
"RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION".
ANY DAMAGE TO ITEMS BEYOND THAT POINT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO BE DEALING WITH THE LINE BELOW IF YOU WOULD HAVE READ THE LINE ABOVE.

AT ANY TIME, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IF FREIGHT DAMAGE IS INCURRED, IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF AB SALON EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT TO REPAIR PARTS, PIECES, OR REPLACE THE WHOLE ITEM, AS SEEN TO BE THE BEST ECONOMICAL REMEDY TO SOLVE THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
